WHAT IS VIAGRA USED FOR?

Viagra is used to treat Impotence, or Erectile Dysfunction in men.

Viagra increases the body's ability to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual stimulation.

Viagra does not protect you from sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV.

WHO SHOULD NOT TAKE VIAGRA?

Men who are currently using medicines or treatments which contain nitrates, such as nitro-glycerine, should not use Viagra because together they can lower the blood pressure too much.

Research is underway into the possible effectiveness of Viagra for Women, however until the results are known, we do not recommend the use of Viagra by women.

Children should not take Viagra.

As with all pharmaceutical products, you should consult your doctor if you have any doubts about whether Viagra is suitable for you.

HOW IS VIAGRA TAKEN?

Viagra should only be used once a day. One tablet about one hour before sexual activity.

SOME POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS OF VIAGRA.

Viagra is generally well tolerated. Side effects are rare, but if experienced they are usually mild and temporary.

The following is a list of the most common side effects.

• Headache,
• Flushing,
• Upset Stomach,
• Stuffy Nose,
• Urinary Tract Infection,
• Visual changes such as mild and temporary changes in blue/green colours or increased sensitivity to light,
• Diarrhoea.
